Tripel Katrien taste
The tripel is created by a top fermentation with secondary fermentation in the bottle. By adding sugar we obtain a good alcohol percentage and our beer has a creamy texture sweeter taste . The generous use of malt, Poperinge hops and yeast gives the tripel a spicy and fruity aroma.
Tripel Katrien is best drunk with a serving temperature of 6°C – 8°C.
