We set ourselves a challenge: to design a compact, adventurous wallet.
This is what we wanted to achieve:

Authentic, sturdy materials.
Heavy-duty quality for years of daily use.

A timeless look.
Able to carry 3 essentials: coins, cards and bills.

And so the Kievit was born and immediately became our favorite wallet.
Store 2 cards in the slip pockets, coins in the central zippered pocket and folded bills – or more cards – in the snap pocket.
Cut from genuine British Millerain waxed cotton, and trimmed with vegetable tanned bridle leather.
Stitched with sturdy thread and lined with our beautiful royal blue nylon canvas.
Best of all, the Lapwing fits in any pocket, measuring 4.3 x 3.1 inches.

As early as 1927, the Dutch De Ruiter family produced natural leather bags under the brand name Ruitertas. Since then, they have built a worldwide reputation thanks to their excellent quality and professional dedication.

Since January 2006, production and logistics have been organized from Wakken, Belgium.

In addition to the traditional Equestrian bags, new products are developed that are placed in different collections depending on their design. All quality bags that are worth the more than 75 year old quality reputation of Ruitertas.
